Service Scope

What We Provide

Nest Legal provides immigration petition preparation services for EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability) and NIW (National Interest Waiver) categories. Our services include case assessment, document preparation, evidence organization, and filing support.

What We Don't Provide

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or attorney services. We do not guarantee petition approval and cannot control USCIS processing times or decisions.

Payment Terms

•Payment is due upon service agreement signing
•We offer payment plans for qualifying clients
•USCIS filing fees are separate and paid directly to USCIS
•Refunds are subject to our satisfaction guarantee policy
•All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

•Provide accurate and complete information
•Submit required documents and evidence promptly
•Respond to our communications in a timely manner
•Review all documents before submission to USCIS
•Notify us of any changes to your circumstances

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nest Legal's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for:

•USCIS petition denials or delays
•Changes in immigration law or policy
•Consequential or indirect damages
•Third-party actions or decisions

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nest Legal and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate our service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with all work completed to date. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on work completed and our satisfaction guarantee policy.
